The Usual Reason
Almost always accuracy. The address stopped answering, or the gamemodes on the listing are not the ones on the server, so a player following it would arrive somewhere other than what they were promised.
That is the one thing a listing site has to get right. Rankings and votes are decoration if the listings themselves cannot be trusted.
The Other Reasons
- More than one listing for the same server or network
- A listing claiming we endorse or verify it when we do not
- Imitating another server, by name, art or description
- Sexual or hateful content anywhere in the listing
- Manufactured votes, or reviews that were paid for
- Something on the server itself that the guidelines cover, such as phishing, scams or malware

Rewarding players for voting is fine and always has been. Faking the votes is the part that loses the listing.
Getting It Back
Contact us from the account that owns the listing and we will tell you which of these it was. Most first problems are a correction rather than a permanent removal, and a listing put right is usually restored.
We would far rather tell you what is wrong than take a listing down, so if something has gone quiet it is worth asking before assuming the worst.
What a Removal Does Not Touch
Your account stays exactly as it was, and so does anything else you own. A removed listing is one listing, not a ban.
Votes and reviews are not deleted along with the listing, so if it comes back, its history comes back with it.
